How to Apply

The application will request your demographic information plus the following items :

Your current curriculum vitae. History of education, professional experience (clinical/research), skills, and training/ publication/ achievement-if any,
must be included .pdf file (maximum 1 MB)

Your transcripts (both for undergraduate program & clinical rotation/professional program) –.pdf file (maximum 10 MB)

Inform 2 authors for Letter of Recommendation and their email. The author should be someone who knows candidate in medical practice or medical research context.
We will send a Letter of Recommendation form directly to their email.

※ All materials including letters of recommendation must be received by the application deadline. Candidates will be notified by email of their application status (application complete, missing documents, etc.)

​ The application submitted through this recruitment website is directly received and managed by the company to which the application is submitted (hereinafter referred to as the recruitment company), and the future responsibility of application management lies with the recruitment company.

- Name, nationality, residential address, confirmation on elderly and/or person with disability, phone number, mobile number, academic background, academic results, overseas stay and training history, social activities, language and other qualifications, awards, hobbies, specialties, self-introduction
- all the aforementioned information received in audio and visual video format.

2. Purpose of usage and collection

Recruitment screening, including recruitment progress stages, results etc, guide on recruitment information, and establishment of talent pool.

3. Usage and retention period of personal information

Personal information provided in the application will be included in the list of talents for the company’s recruitments, and shall be stored in the company’s database for up to 3 years starting from the date of result announcement for the recruitment session. In the case where an applicant request for deletion of personal information, it shall be deleted immediately upon request.

Purpose of collection and usage

Recruitment screening, including recruitment progress stages, results etc, guide on recruitment information, and establishment of talent pool.

Usage and retention period of sensitive personal information

Sensitive personal information provided in the application will be included in the list of talents for the company’s recruitments, and shall be stored in the company’s database for up to 1 month starting from the date of result announcement for the recruitment session.

In the case where an applicant request for deletion of personal information, it shall be deleted immediately upon request.

Applicants have the right not to provide consent to the collection/usage/provision of sensitive personal information, in which case any preferential (such as preferential treatment for elderly and/or person with disability) may not be applied.

Consignment provided will be valid and included in the list of talents for the company’s recruitments, and shall be stored in the company’s database for up to 1 month starting from the date of result announcement for the recruitment session. In the case where an applicant request for cancellation of consignment, it shall be cancelled immediately upon request.
