POSITION SUMMARY:

pharmaceutical innovator with further expansion into multiple therapeutic
areas including Ophthalmology, Immunology, Neurology, and Oncology.
HanAll is seeking post-doctorate
candidates with the ambition to excel in the field of regenerative medicine
through our one-year contract program as a Strategic Initiative Associate.
We will provide sponsorship, including income and visa assistance, to
support your learning of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in this
space. The postdoc candidate will have the opportunity to train with highly
regarded teams within US-based companies and universities. These individuals
will spend one year in the United States with subsequently the possibility
of continuing their employment with HanAll in Korea.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
The Strategic Initiative Associate will be
working as part of either a university or a private company research team
and will be responsible for learning cutting-edge technologies and
methodologies in the regenerative medicines space. It is expected that by the end of the one-year
contract, they will have garnered the necessary education, expertise,
experience, and relationships to be able to return to Korea and develop and
lead teams in that area of expertise.
Tracks being offered:
1- Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) for protein structure prediction
(would live in Seattle, WA)
2-Transient Epigenetic reprogramming (would live in Palo Alto, California
area)
3-Lipid nanoparticle synthesis (would live in Palo Alto, California area)
4- Ex vivo human culture creation (would live in
New York state)
The role includes:

Embedding within teams and learning
methodologies for the respective project
·
Continuous education to deepen expertise
within the scope of the project.
·
Supporting developing studies and related
activities within the relevant project
·
Analyzing and summarizing the studies
·
Fostering relationships with the
appropriate clinical/scientific experts
·
Tracking scientific developments within
relevant therapeutic areas in terms of new scientific findings and research
methodologies
·
Supporting writing abstracts/manuscripts,
etc. for presentation/publication at internal/external high-rank meetings or
congresses

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
|
1.
Post-doctorate level
2.
Strong written and oral
English communication skills
3.
Willingness to learn
about drug development through the various preclinical and clinical phases
4.
Curiosity about learning
from new cultures
5.
Experience in (depending
on which fellowship track the applicant is applying to) A. cell cultures B.
Genomics/Epigenomics/proteomics C. Lipid Nanoparticles/other delivery
methodologies are preferred but not required
